Rose Carr MSc (Hons), Senior Nutritionist

Rose is a registered nutritionist with a BSc and an MSc (Hons) in Human Nutrition. Prior to retraining, she had a successful career in marketing ‘fast-moving consumer goods’ – that’s ‘grocery products’ to the rest of us – before making the change to nutrition. Rose has since worked in a private nutrition clinic, lectured at Massey University, and undertaken project work for the New Zealand Nutrition Foundation.

 

Katrina Pace, New Zealand Registered Dietitian, MSc

Katrina has over 25 years’ experience as a dietitian, both in the United Kingdom and New Zealand. Before joining the Healthy Food Guide team she worked for both Auckland and Waitemata District Health Boards. Drawing on her experience working alongside the gastroenterologists, Katrina is the HFG resident gut bacteria nerd and digestion expert including advice on FODMAPs and coeliac disease. When not writing features and the shopping section for HFG, Katrina works with wellness businesses.
